Looking for OEM partners

We are a company that has developed a highly modular pneumatic microfluidic pump array ready for series production.

We are looking for partner companies that would take over the production and assembly of our developments under your own name/brand as an OEM.

Except for the control electronics, our product can be produced using 3D printing processes.

Fieldtest of our pump at Chalmers University, Gothenburg – Sweden

Surface acoustic wave sensor development workstation at the Biophysical Technology Laboratory, Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg, Sweden.
In this real life measurement situation, the pump utilizes four channels to supply differential pressures, driving sample and washing solutions across a microfluidics-integrated surface acoustic resonance sensor. Operation parameters: Flow rate: 240 nl/s at 250 mbar pressure. The fluid flow passes through a PDMS channel device with 40×40µm quadratic channels, plasma bonded to the silicon oxide-coated SAR/EIS tandem sensor dice. The http-based control interface for the pump is here embedded in a labview GUI, and additionally accessible through web browsers on WiFi-connected PCs and mobile phone devices.

WEBgui: online DEMO

Remarks for using the WEBgui demo:
The demo simulates the WEBgui behavior of our microfluidic pump.
A simple .php script acts as a state machine, there is no real HW pump involved.
Be aware that the response time over the internet is slower than interacting over a local network by far.
The WEBgui can be used with smartphone and tablets also.
The frame version is intended for tablets and desktop computers.
The WEBgui can used by multiple users in parallel.
Alle actions will be seen by every active user instantaneously.
The authentication process is disabled in demo mode.
All what you need is a regular web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, …).
There is no need for installing any App.
In the online demo, all actions taken by the WEBgui will be reset every hour.
